To support internal HR services, consulting companies specialize in diverse actions such as outplacement, coaching or talent management. Among the many offers represented in the market and despite a wide range of companies , we have noticed a deplorable deficiency: namely those both approaching retirement and those retiring receive very little support. From this simple observation the idea of ARJIN was born: we decided to dedicate our firm to seniors and to orientate our services to their assistance. In this way, the end of careers may be crowned with success!
